My Philosophy of Holistic Care
Healthy Skin Clinic is the loving creation of Gosha Dyminski, a certified esthetician with a life-long passion to help people achieve beautiful, glowing, and most of all healthy skin in a natural way.
My philosophy is based on a simple yet profound belief: that every woman can look and feel beautiful, youthful, and light - naturally. Without pressure, without needles, without haste. In harmony with herself.
I believe that true beauty is not born in the mirror, but in silence - when you return to yourself. When you touch your face not to fix something, but to love yourself.
My Story
Where touch meets intention, and the face becomes a canvas of care,
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the quiet language of the face. Each one is uniquely beautiful - not only in form, but in feeling. A face holds emotion, memory, and spirit. It reflects who we are, moment by moment.
My journey began with a deep curiosity about anatomy, biomechanics, and the body's natural rhythms. This led me to Atelier Esthetic, a skincare school nestled in the heart of Manhattan, where I first immersed myself in the art of esthetics.
From there, I followed a path of continuous learning - attending courses, refining my techniques, and exploring holistic approaches to facial therapy. My passion for gentle, effective care and my desire to support the skin's innate intelligence guided me toward manual facial therapies.
Eventually, I found myself at the Helena Pahava Academy, where I discovered the transformative power of sculptural face lifting and tissue work. It was here that I realized: though intentional touch, we can restore harmony, awaken vitality, and invite the face to bloom naturally.
Today my practice is rooted in this philosophy. I believe in nurturing the skin with respect, in listening to its needs, and in creating a space where each client feels seen, soothed, and supported. My hands are guided by knowledge - but also by heart.
And so, I continue to grow. To learn. To share.
